This notice covers information you provide through the Half Hour trial enquiry form. It does not cover a future live payment or customer-ordering service, which will need its own published terms and privacy information.

What the form collects

We ask for your name, email, venue name, venue type and suburb or city. You may also provide a phone number, current POS and a message. We record your contact permission, the time of the request and its enquiry status.

Why we collect it

The Half Hour project team uses these details to review your request, discuss a possible trial and follow up about its setup. Submitting an enquiry does not create a paid subscription or give consent to unrelated marketing.

Where it goes

Enquiries are saved in the Half Hour application database and are available to authorised platform administrators. The form does not send your details to a POS provider or payment service. Automatic enquiry email notifications are not connected; administrators review requests in the dashboard.

Hosting and contact

The halfhour.au service is hosted on Render in Singapore. Enquiry records and application backups are stored there. We retain enquiry details while handling your request and arranging any trial. For questions, corrections, removal requests or to stop further contact, email hello@halfhour.au.

Your choices

Optional fields can be left blank. Do not include passwords, payment information, customer data or other sensitive information in your message. If the team contacts you about your request, you can ask for your enquiry details to be corrected or removed and ask for further contact to stop.
